Create the team
When you sign up choose With a team, or later from your avatar menu → Create a team. Give it a name. The person who creates it becomes the Owner and pays for the seats.

Invite people
Add emails and pick a role. They get an email, tap Accept invite, and log in or create an account. Each accepted member takes one seat in your pack. Pending invites count too, so you never go over.
Shared projects, private space
Projects you create under the team are visible to every member. Your My projects stay private. You can move a project from personal to team at any time. Guests only see the projects shared with them.
Assign and hand off
Type +name in quick add or pick an assignee on the task. The task lands in that person's Today and they get a notification. Tasks can be reassigned; the history keeps who did what.
Talk on the task
Comments, files and decisions live on the task, not in a chat you have to search. @mention someone to notify them. Follow a task to hear when it's done.
See progress, balance the load
The Team page shows who finished what and each person's workload. A red bar means someone has too much. Move tasks before anyone burns out.
