Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Hecho when you use our website and apps. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You must be old enough to use online services where you live.
  • One account per person. Team seats are for the people named in the team.

Your content

Your tasks, projects and files belong to you. You give us permission to store and show them only so Hecho can work for you and the teams you share them with. Don't upload anything illegal or anything you don't have the right to share.

Fair use

Don't misuse Hecho: no spam, no attacks on the service, no trying to access other people's accounts, and no using it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payments

  • The Free plan is free. Pro and Team are paid subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Payments, renewals, free trials, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. You can manage or cancel in your store subscription settings.
  • If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period, then return to Free. Your tasks are not deleted.
  • We may change prices in the future; we'll tell you in advance and the stores will ask for your consent where required.

Teams

The team owner is responsible for the team's subscription and for who they invite. Admins can manage members. If you leave a team or are removed, you lose access to its projects; your personal projects stay yours.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and we'll try to warn you first unless the situation is serious.

The service

We work hard to keep Hecho running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
