Cancel your subscription or ask for a refund
Cancelling and refunds go through the store you paid with.
On this page
Because the store takes the payment, you cancel in the store too. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel the subscription on its own.
Cancel on Android
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions
- Pick Hecho and tap Cancel subscription
You can also get there from Manage next to Google Play in SettingsPlan & billing.
After you cancel
You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then you’re back on Free. Nothing is deleted.
Refunds
Refunds are decided by the store under its own rules. For Google Play, request one from your Google Play order history. When a refund goes through, Hecho updates your plan automatically.
