Labels and priority
Tag tasks across projects with labels and flag what matters most.
Priority
Every task has a priority from P1 to P4. P1 is urgent, P2 high, P3 medium and P4 means no priority, which is the default.
Renew passportp1
Sort Today by priority from the View menu to see the most important things first.
Labels
Labels group tasks across projects, like @calls or @errands. Create one from the Labels picker on a task by typing a new name, then add it in quick add with @.
Call the bank@callstomorrow
Search for a label with ⌘K to see every open task that has it.
