Colours, status and moving projects
Edit a project’s name, colour, layout and status note, or move it into a team.
Open the project and choose Edit project from its menu to change its name, colour, layout or status.
Colours
Pick one of 12 colours. The colour shows next to the project in the sidebar and on every task that belongs to it.
Status note
Add a short note that shows next to the name, like “On track · launches Monday”. It’s a quick way to tell the team how things are going.
Move a personal project into a team
Choose Move project in the project menu and pick the team. Its tasks, sections and comments come along, and everyone in the team will see it.
